Like many of my friends, i decide to move to another country and follow my love, far from Mexico. 

Some times the only way to feel better definitely was baking or making some cake decorations; in the beginning was a little difficult cause all ingredients  are different in Mexico than in Germany, for example the powder sugar!!!

This was one of my hardest thing to find out was not the same, in Mexico we use normally " cane Sugar" but here in Germany we only have "Zuckerrüben" is a kind of potato that grow in the earth and it takes long to be big enough and latter this is taken away and send to a fabrik "Nord Zucker".

Funny thing this fabric is about 10 min away from my home! and my Shop is some few meters from there! (alway swelcome to visit me )

The next thing i had a big trouble was with Flour! here in Germany are sooo many different kind of flour and every time ( at the beginning ) i had to try one and another one and i did many mistakes with my receipt. but it looks me almost 3 years to fix them all and take so many notes!. here i can give you a very very important advised. " if you like one ingredient, and the result is exactly how you want it... NEVER CHANGE IT", i had the opportunity to say " come on"  i can try another , and so sad!!! when i don't get results on baking.
